The store is poorly run by man...

The store is poorly run by management, not staffed with enough smiling faces that look like they're happy to have a job in this declining economy. Long lines at customer service desk, as well as purchase lines. Management seems to do nothing when complaints are made by customers to please get help with long lines, even if it means manager helping out. Store has good prices, but , I would rather pay a little more at another department store than wait in long lines.
